• Who is login-authorized?
  All persons who are registered as contact in the green data account (incl. their authorization profile).
• What is required for a successful login?
  Your browser must accept ´cookies´ (local mini-status files) for http://www.ebk.gruenes-datenkonto.de/. If necessary, please adjust your browser settings accordingly.
• What to enter as identifier
  Please use first name and last name (separated by a space) as stored in the registration.
• Password at first login?
  Please click on new password and then enter ID and eMail address exactly as they were registered in the green data account. You will then receive a confirmation email to this address with an activation link (valid for 24 hours). Clicking on the link will take you (in a new browser window) to the initial entry of your password.
• Forgotten or change your password?
  Please proceed as with the first login. After receiving a confirmation mail, you will be taken to the entry of your new password after clicking on the activation link you received.
• Is my password stored in clear text?
  No, your password is stored encrypted using a strong one-way hashing algorithm.
• Is a logout necessary?
  Normally an automatic logout occurs after 48 minutes, a direct re-login is possible. You can close your work in the green data account at any time with Logout defined (e.g. if other persons use the PC).
• How does the identifier contribute to data security
  When creating and changing data records, the identifier and the current time are saved in each case.
